Privacy Policy

Scope and current implementation

This policy covers the Wang Zi Smart Memory ChatGPT plugin. Its current independent release contains instructions and reference documents. It has no plugin-operated API server, dedicated business-record database, website synchronization service, or background notification service. Installing the plugin does not connect your website account or grant access to its workspaces.

Information used in independent mode

The assistant uses information you choose to provide in your conversation, such as business notes, customer details, uploaded files and preferences, together with context that the host makes available within your permissions. Do not include information you are not authorized to share, and do not paste passwords or API keys into ordinary chat.

ChatGPT processes and stores conversations and attachments under your account settings and OpenAI’s policies. This plugin does not provide a separate destination that sends those conversations to the publisher. Any independently authorized host tool or service has its own data handling rules.

Purpose and boundaries

Information is used to organize business notes, compare options, prepare follow-ups and provide context-aware advice. Confirmed facts, observations, AI inferences and suggestions are kept conceptually distinct. The instructions prohibit inferring sensitive attributes from behavior, bypassing access permissions, or treating uncertain inferences as facts. These instructions are not a replacement for server-enforced permissions in a connected service.

Memory, retention and deletion

The plugin does not independently retain a permanent copy of your business records. Conversation history, cross-conversation memory and scheduled reminders depend on the host’s actual capabilities, your settings and any separate authorization. Manage or delete your chats, attachments and saved memories through ChatGPT. This plugin cannot promise a retention period or erase data held by OpenAI or another separately authorized service.

Website and future connections

Using the Wang Zi Smart Memory website is separate from using the independent plugin. The website may store visitor records on the device and signed-in workspace records and submitted attachments in its hosting services. Website feedback includes the content and attachments you submit and relevant page, language, device and browser details. Using the website’s AI with your own credentials sends the selected request to the selected supported provider. These website actions are not enabled by installing this independent plugin.

Shared website memory, workspace lookup, record changes, permission checks and migration remain planned plugin integrations. Before any integration becomes available, its real data flows and applicable privacy information must be disclosed. No synchronization or automatic migration is currently promised by this plugin.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures fixed public guide and privacy pages, public entry views and existing entry/help clicks before a private workspace is active. Analytics is isolated from the private application. Workspace records, member invitations, registration forms, AI content, payment information and user identifiers are not sent. URLs with unapproved query parameters or fragments are excluded. Google may process pseudonymous cookie identifiers and device information. You can reject or withdraw consent under Me → Privacy or the existing footer Privacy entry, as well as on this page; rejection stops future collection. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a promise of complete anonymity. Existing Google records follow the property retention settings. No events from a rejected period are replayed.

Contact and privacy requests

For questions about the plugin, inaccurate business information, privacy concerns or a website-data request, contact the publisher at christianyeong@gmail.com. Identify the relevant feature or workspace without sending passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive records. Requests concerning ChatGPT-held data should also use OpenAI’s privacy controls and support.
